¿Why Híjole? Hijole arises when our founder Carlos Lazo was looking to leave a legacy through a tequila, a tequila as pure as few in the world, full of traditionalism, ranging from its name, which breaks generational barriers and distance, since it has been heard through time around the world, that makes Mexicans even more Mexican a name that gives joy to hear it, making us remember our ancestors as their culture, a word that expresses what we are, also for its semi-artisanal process, which goes from the sowing and care of our plants to distillation, preserving the tradition, since it is done as it was more than 100 years ago, taking care of every step to continue the legacy through time, maintaining its purity from the first bottle to the present day.
