What are the ingredients in your products?

We always start with high quality lupini bean flour as our first ingredient. We also use fava bean protein, tapioca starch, and xanthan gum. You can find an image of our nutrition label on the back of our packaging located on our website.

What does your pasta taste like? How about the texture?

Our pasta should taste pretty close to normal pasta! Cook it as you would normal pasta - in a large pot of salted boiling water. Its ready in 5-8 minutes depending on how you prefer your pasta. We invite you to experiment with cooking times to find the right cook time for you and your family.

What makes your products low carb?

In short, instead of regular flour or semolina, we use lupini bean flour! Lupini beans are versatile, low in carbs, and have a great nutrition profile. They have long been considered a superfood and pack a ton of protein, fiber, and nutrients.
