WHY DO WE DO IT? Because it's fun! See, people have been pickling for thousands of years and not much has changed in all that time. Pickles are supposed to be fun, fresh and flavorful, but so many brands on shelf are dull and lifeless. We think there's another way. Why do your pickles taste so good?
The first thing we do... is start with a better cucumber. Because we use a smaller cucumber with fewer seeds and a thinner skin, all our pickles turn out crisp with an undeniable fresh taste.
