Scott has over two decades of experience in the food and beverage industry. He started with Ore-Ida, part of Heinz, managing operations across half of the United States for seven years. He then joined Coca-Cola, overseeing 1,300 bottlers and distributors for Coke USA.
Scott went on to join Michael Angelo’s, where he grew the business to $85 million. He founded his own brokerage, representing top brands like Ore-Ida, Tropicana, Welch’s, and Armour. After scaling the business, he sold it to John Goodman, and it became part of Acosta.
Scott also represented Busy Bee Honey, now a $140 million brand, and was one of the first brokers for Chobani. He launched SunButter nationally and introduced La Colombe coffee to the Western United States.
